Our Sports Team Building Activities
The Sail Beach Jesolo Sailing Club boasts a thirty-year tradition in promoting the culture of sailing. For years, we have been training our students on the fundamentals of sailing, from maneuvers to techniques for interpreting the wind.
We also offer activities such as SUP, big SUP, kayaking, and pedal boating to introduce everyone to the sea and navigation. We strongly support teamwork, which is why we organize exclusive Team Building events for sports associations and companies looking for a dynamic and sporty beach experience.
Among the participating companies, we can mention well-known names such as Rugby Rovigo, Decathlon, and Red Bull Austria. All of this is done with full respect for nature, following sustainability principles.
The sports team building at Sail Beach Jesolo includes a range of modules designed to meet the needs of companies and sports groups. Our sports Team Building proposal will be completely customized based on the age and abilities of the participants.
It is possible to create a package by choosing from the different modules described below.
All activities are managed by graduates in Motor Sciences and experts in Sports Marketing and Communication, including in English, and are carried out with the utmost safety under the supervision of a lifeguard.
Sailing Boats, Catamarans & Dinghies
In teams of 2-3 people, participants will experience the sea guided by our instructors.
They will learn to harness the wind and steer the boat, eventually sailing independently.
An experience that combines the allure of the sea, the beauty of sailing, and the power of teamwork.
- Module 1 -
Offshore Sailing Team Building
Sail Beach Jesolo, in collaboration with the Vega Sailing Team, offers a unique experience aboard a sailing boat for 10 people plus 2 skippers.
A full day where participants can learn and practice key sailing maneuvers, such as tacking, gybing, and using the spinnaker, as well as try their hand at winch and helm techniques.
Drinks and snacks onboard included, for a complete and immersive group experience.
- Module 2 -
Single S.U.P
Team Relay
Each team will have a single S.U.P. to use in a relay format.
They will need to retrieve objects placed on a floating platform.
This activity combines the individual’s ability to perform a specific task with effective communication within the "team" group.
- Module 3 -
Big S.U.P
Mini Race
In our fun Big S.U.P. boards, a mini race will take place between teams!
Each Big S.U.P. can accommodate up to 6 participants, where coordination, communication, and support will lead the most united team to victory.
- Module 4 -
Double Kayak
Marked Route
Aboard tandem kayaks, participants will need to navigate a route marked by buoys.
The uniqueness of this challenge lies in the fact that one participant will be blindfolded while the other will provide directions for the route.
This will test the individual’s ability to guide a colleague precisely and effectively.

Fun and Team Building on the Sand
Beach activities offer moments of entertainment and collaboration, perfect for strengthening team spirit.
From beach volleyball to bocce, each activity is designed to engage the group in a relaxed yet stimulating environment, where fun meets healthy and constructive competition.

Additional Services
In addition to the sea-based team building activities, Sail Beach Jesolo, in collaboration with the Orobeach facility, also offers an ideal space for team relaxation.
After the team building, it is possible to organize cool breaks with fresh fruit by the sea, in an outdoor space within the sailing club, shaded from the sun.

Conditions
Contribution required per person for a minimum of half a day:
Starting from €40.00 + VAT, depending on the modules.
A 30% deposit of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
The program will be customized based on the participants' needs during the conversation with the coordinators.
The activities will take place exclusively under suitable weather and sea conditions.
1. How many people can participate in the team building?
Our team building proposal is flexible and customized based on the number of participants and other requirements, with no set limits.
2. Are there facilities close to the club that offer spaces for business meetings?
Yes, the club has partnerships with nearby hotels that can offer conference rooms before or after the team building.
3. Are there activities suitable for both sporty and non-sporty people?
Absolutely! We offer a range of activities suitable for everyone, regardless of their physical fitness level. Some activities require minimal physical effort, while others focus on fun and collaboration, without the need for athletic performance.
4. Is it necessary to know how to swim to participate in the activities?
It is not necessary to know how to swim. For those who wish to participate in water activities, we provide life jackets, and all activities are supervised by lifeguards. Additionally, we also have activities that do not involve any contact with water.
5. How much time should be dedicated to team building?
We offer customized packages based on your time requirements. The activities can last from three hours to a full day or more, depending on the group's availability and requests.
6. Is it possible to include refreshments, lunches, or dinners during the team building?
Yes, upon request, we can organize cool breaks with fresh fruit, refreshments, or lunches and dinners through a catering service. Everything can be tailored to the group's needs, creating a complete experience.
